Once upon a time there was a knight called Sir Luke. Sir Luke was a knight of Camelot, and he was part of King Arthur's Knights of the Round Table. Sir Luke was smitten with a fair maiden called Isabel, who lived in the castle. The only problem was, King Arthur loved her too. Sir Luke hatched a daring plan to win Lady Isabel's affections.Lady Isabel sat in her room with her maidservant, Lady Emma, Lancelot's sister, talking to Lady Emma and her friends Princess Giselle, Arthur's sister, and Lady Annalise. They were discussing the knights in the kingdom."Well, I can't marry Arthur since we're related. You could marry him, though, Isabel," Princess Giselle said."My father would be happy if I married Arthur," Lady Isabel mused, "but I'm in love with Sir Luke, you know, Lancelot's brother.""He's cute," said Lady Annalise, "but I'm already married to Merlin, so I shouldn't be saying that.""Thank goodness Arthur backed out of his engagement to Guinevere," Lady Emma said, "She totally had a crush on Lancelot.""What's that sound at the window?" asked Princess Giselle. They rushed over, and saw none other than Sir Luke, on Lady Isabel's balcony with a banner that said;Marry me, Lady Isabel?"Yes," Lady Isabel cried, "I love you!""I love you, too, in case you didn't notice," Sir Luke said, bashfully.Lady Emma, Lady Annalise and Princess Giselle backed out of the room slowly."Arthur?" Sir Lancelot asked."Yes," King Arthur asked."I thought you ought to know that Lady Isabel has just been engaged to my brother, Sir Luke.""Damnit. Who told you?""My sister, Lady Emma.""Where is Lady Emma?""I'm here, Arthur," said Lady Emma, peering into the room. King Arthur decided that Lady Isabel wasn't worth worrying about. Lady Emma was a lot prettier."Do you want to go for a walk, Lady Emma," Arthur asked, "I might need a shoulder to cry on since I'm really upset.""Alright," Lady Emma answered, confused as to why Arthur suddenly had a smile plastered over his face when he'd just lost the love of his life.Lady Zoe Elizabeth entered Lady Isabel's chambers to find Lady Isabel having tea with her rumored fiance, Sir Luke, his brother and sister, Sir Lancelot and Lady Emma, her friends, Princess Giselle, Lady Annalise, Lady Clancy Ruth, Miss Hannah (Merlin's sister), Lady Margaret, Lady Ainsley, Sir Christien, King Arthur and Sir Patrick. Lady Ainsley and Sir Patrick were getting married in a week's time, and King Arthur was sitting two millimetres closer to Lady Emma than was acceptable in normal society."I'm getting married!" Lady Isabel screamed as soon as she saw Lady Zoe Elizabeth. Lady Zoe Elizabeth hung her head."I, too, have an announcement," Sir Christien announced, "Lady Zoe Elizabeth," he turned to her, "Will you marry me?""Fine," Lady Zoe Elizabeth answered. As predicted, Lady Isabel started to scream again and pour out more wine.The little party continued for several hours, thanks mostly to Merlin, who turned up five minutes later with a bottle of wine that would never run out, and Lady Emma, for accidentally locking everyone in Lady Isabel's chambers.And they all live happily ever after...
